Guidelines for Using our Online Registration System

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR AN ONLINE CLASS (OTHER THAN MEDICAL CODING) PLEASE CLICK HERE

1. CLICK HERE TO FIND YOUR COURSE.  You may search by course title, keyword, or date.
2. Add it to your 'ENROLLMENT CARD '.
3. CLICK 'PAY NOW' button (You will need to log in and use a valid MasterCard or Visa to complete your registration) OR CLICK 'ADD ANOTHER CLASS' button (to continue 'shopping')
4. LOG IN. If you have ever taken a class with us, or are on our mailing list you already have a user name and password. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE ANOTHER RECORD. If you don't know what your information is, just click on the 'Forget your password?' link and your name and password will be e-mailed to you. Alternately, you may e-mail dmoore@aug.edu or call 737-1636 and we can update your record and e-mail you the info.
5. Follow the prompts. Fill in credit card #, expiration date, CVV number (3 DIGIT NUMBER ON BACK OF YOUR CREDIT CARD JUST ABOVE YOUR SIGNATURE LINE), name on the credit card, billing address for the card, etc., and click on the 'Submit' button.
6. It may take a minute to process your registration. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK THE 'BACK' BUTTON ON YOUR COMPUTER OR RE-REGISTER. THIS MAY CAUSE A DUPLICATE REGISTRATION/ TRANSACTION. If you do not get a confirmation e-mail, please contact our office before doing anything else.
7. We will mail you a receipt. If you're registering for a class on campus, we'll include a parking decal.
